This dataset and code provides an example for reconstructing fibre bundle inline holography videos of fresh pond water. A container holding the water was back illuminated by 450 nm LED light coupled through a multimode fibre with a 50 micron diameter core. The illumination fiber was approximately 15 mm behind the container wall. The hologram was collected by a Fujikura FIGH-30-650S fibre bundle approximately 500 microns on the other side of the wall. At the proximal end, this was imaged onto a CMOS camera via a 20X objective and a tube lens, giving an effective pixel size of 0.44 microns.
