Illumina MiSeq paired end sequencing of 16S rDNA

Bacterial commuity compositions in reservoir ecosystems were followed over a two-year period (May 2018 - December 2019). Sequencing of the V4-5 region of the bacterial 16S rRNA gene was performed using the barcoded primer set 515f/926r.
