DArTseq SNP Dataset for Black Spruce (Picea mariana)

This dataset comprises genome-wide single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) generated via DArTseq for a comprehensive collection of black spruce samples spanning the species' range, including several red spruce (Picea rubens) individuals. Genotypes are provided in genlight format (accessible in R via the load() function) and as a standard CSV matrix. Files labeled 'RAW' contain the complete set of samples and variants, while 'FILTERED' files include only those retained after quality control. Additionally, a VCF file (denoted as 'subset') provides data for a specific subset of 236 black spruce individuals.
