Fig. 1, Translated and aligned FASTA file of RIG-I sequences in species of interest. We obtained Homo sapien RIG-I sequence through UniProt, then performed TBLASTN searches on NCBI and ENSEMBL against Rodentia, using Homo sapien as a reference. We then chose species that were located in our habitats of interest (North America and Asia) with the lowest e-values. The coding sequences were compiled together and given headers with the pattern "> common name | scientific name | North America and/or Asia | NCBI or ENSEMBL | accession number" for organization. This was exported onto AliView, translated as amino acids, aligned using MUSCLE, then saved as a FASTA file.
图1 目标物种中视黄酸诱导基因蛋白I(RIG-I)序列的经翻译与比对的FASTA文件。我们通过UniProt数据库获取了智人(Homo sapien)的RIG-I序列,随后以该序列作为参考,在NCBI与ENSEMBL数据库中针对啮齿目(Rodentia)开展TBLASTN比对搜索。接着我们选取了分布于研究关注的生境(北美与亚洲)且e值最低的物种序列;为便于标准化整理,我们将上述编码序列进行整合,并为每条序列添加格式为">通用名|学名|北美及/或亚洲|NCBI或ENSEMBL|登录号"的标题。将整合后的文件导入AliView软件,翻译为氨基酸序列,使用MUSCLE工具完成多序列比对,最终保存为FASTA格式文件。
