Data associated with the manuscript "Wurtzite MnSe as a barrier for CdSe quantum wells with built-in electric field" by M. J. Grzybowski et al., arXiv:2508.17899 (2025).

The dataset contains all ASCII-format data, that were graphically presented in the original manuscript and supplementary material. Each figure posses a corresponding .dat file(s) named in agreement with the figure. For the calculated data there can be additional files with the parameters used for the simulation, whereas for experimental data, additional infomation about the experimental details can be found.
