Quantitative analysis of fiber type distribution, CSA, SDH activity, and GPD activity in human vastus lateralis muscle.

SDH and GPD activity staining are expressed relative to the values obtained for human VL type I fibers (assigned a reference value of 1.0). The number of fibers counted/quantified for each parameter is also given. Values are means ± SEM (n = 7).

琥珀酸脱氢酶（SDH，Succinate Dehydrogenase）与甘油-3-磷酸脱氢酶（GPD，Glycerol-3-phosphate Dehydrogenase）的活性染色结果，均以人股外侧肌（VL）I型肌纤维的检测值为参照（参考值设定为1.0）进行相对表达。各参数所计数或定量的肌纤维数量亦同时给出。所有数值均以平均值±标准误（SEM，Standard Error of the Mean）表示，样本量n=7。
