Conclusions: In the volume-overloaded heart, upregulation of potent elastases during the early phase and persistent upregulation of elastogenesis-related genes result in early degradation followed by repair and reinforcement of the elastin network of the LV. Remodeling of the elastin network may contribute to changes in the mechanical property of the volume-overloaded heart.
结论:在容量超负荷心脏中,早期阶段强效弹性蛋白酶的表达上调,加之弹性蛋白生成相关基因的持续高表达,首先引发早期降解过程,随后伴随左心室(Left Ventricle,LV)弹性蛋白网络的修复与强化。弹性蛋白网络的重塑或可导致容量超负荷心脏的力学特性发生改变。
