Raw RNA-Seq reads in the coffin-headed crickets, Loxoblemmus equestris

L. equestris exhibits adult male-specific flattened head morphologies. To identify genes involved in the development of the male-specific heads, we provide raw RNA-Seq data collected from whole embryos and whole heads of last-instar nymphs.

L. equestris 具有成虫雄性特有的扁平头部形态。为了鉴定参与雄性特异性头部发育的相关基因，我们提供了采集自全胚胎以及末龄若虫头部的原始RNA测序（RNA-Seq）数据。
