Mormyrid Activity Patterns Data

This archive contains datasets and code (R and python) for reproducing analyses and figures from the article "A spark in the dark: uncovering natural activity patterns of mormyrid weakly electric fish".Included are laboratory and field recordings of the activity of two species of mormyrid weakly electric fish, and environmental measurements that were made in a swamp lagoon in Uganda.For more information, please see the Readme.txt file.
