A real-world analysis of adverse event signals of cognitive and communication disorder in patients treated with Janus kinase inhibitors based on the FAERS database

This dataset is supplementary material to "A real-world analysis of adverse event signals of cognitive and communication disorder in patients treated with Janus kinase inhibitors based on the FAERS database", and it includes two parts.
1. Calculation of reporting odds ratio (ROR) and proportional reporting ratio (PRR).
2. The AE signals detected by the PRR method at the overall-level of JAKi.

本数据集为论文《基于FAERS数据库的贾纳斯激酶抑制剂（Janus Kinase Inhibitors, JAKi）治疗患者认知与沟通障碍不良事件（Adverse Event, AE）信号的真实世界分析》的补充材料，包含两部分内容：1. 报告比值比（Reporting Odds Ratio, ROR）与比例报告比值比（Proportional Reporting Ratio, PRR）的计算；2. 基于JAKi整体层面的PRR方法检测得到的AE信号。
