Ovarian cancer is the most lethal gynecological malignancy. Recurrence and chemoresistance are tough challenges leading to poor prognosis. To further identify key genes in tumor progression, we performed RNAseq for 6 high-grade serous ovarian cancer and 5 fallopian tube and analysis of differentially expressed genes for hub genes selection. Overall design: The assay was performed on 6 HGSOC and 5 FTE for RNA seq.
卵巢癌(Ovarian cancer)是致死率最高的妇科恶性肿瘤。复发与化疗耐药是导致患者预后不良的棘手难题。为进一步明确肿瘤进展过程中的关键基因,我们对6例高级别浆液性卵巢癌(high-grade serous ovarian cancer, HGSOC)样本与5例输卵管上皮(fallopian tube epithelium, FTE)样本开展RNA测序(RNAseq),并通过差异表达基因分析筛选核心基因(hub genes)。实验整体设计:本实验针对6例HGSOC样本与5例FTE样本进行RNA测序。
