Histamine was produced by bacterial species known to possess histidine decarboxylase during the fish meal production and storage. High levels of histamine in feedstuffs are considered to be toxic. A transcriptome was conducted to investigate which gene expression would be affected by exogenous histamine. The present study demonstrated that histamine-rich diet affected many genes of the liver in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, including the genes related with immunology, inflammation and mentalism.

在鱼粉的生产与储存过程中,携带组氨酸脱羧酶(histidine decarboxylase)的细菌可合成组胺(Histamine)。饲料原料中组胺含量过高时,被认为具有毒性。本研究通过转录组(Transcriptome)分析,探究外源组胺对基因表达的影响。研究结果表明,富含组胺的日粮会影响黄颡鱼(Pelteobagrus fulvidraco)肝脏内的大量基因表达,其中包括与免疫学、炎症反应及代谢相关的基因。
