To understand the differential expression of CBD on monocytic cells and the mechanisms by which CBD interacts with our immune system and immune cell signaling. To examine the global effects of Cannabidiol (CBD) on transcriptome, we treated THP-1 (monocytic cell line) with either vehicle, CBD alone, 2'3cGAMP alone or CBD and 2'3'cGAMP for 8hrs.

为探究大麻二酚(Cannabidiol, CBD)在单核细胞中引发的基因差异表达情况,以及CBD与人体免疫系统及免疫细胞信号通路的相互作用机制。为考察大麻二酚对转录组的全局调控效应,我们将单核细胞系THP-1分别以溶媒、单独CBD、单独2',3'-环鸟苷单磷酸(2',3'-cGAMP),以及CBD与2',3'-cGAMP联合处理,孵育8小时。
