This study is aimed to explore the molecular mechanism of Chelidonium majus responding to the low temperature during the natural cooling course.Three groups of samples were sequenced .The temperature is 0?,-10?and -20? relatively.Three independent biological replicates were applied for each group. The first group of 0? was set as the control.This transcriptome sequencing analysis of Chelidonium majus responding to cold was the first time of being performed with the Illumina-based paired-end deep sequencing platform.

本研究旨在探究白屈菜(Chelidonium majus)在自然降温过程中响应低温的分子机制。本研究设置三组样本进行测序,处理温度分别为0℃、-10℃与-20℃,每组均设置三次独立生物学重复。以0℃组作为对照。本研究首次采用基于Illumina的双端深度测序平台,开展白屈菜响应低温胁迫的转录组测序分析。
