whole genome re-sequencing data of 286 individuals from Rhodiola sect. Trifida

We sampled a total of 27 populations throughout the natural distribution ranges of R. sect. Trifida, including 221 individuals from 23 populations of R. chrysanthemifolia, 25 individuals from two populations of R. liciae, and 30 individuals from two populations of R. sinuata for whole-genome resequencing . Furthermore, we selected four individuals from other clades as outgroups based on Ren et al. (2023).
