To investigate gene expression signature of the human esophageal epithelium we performed FACS sorting of the basal and the suprabasal layers from the esophageal biopsies based on the expression of podoplanin and E-cadherin. We then performed bulk RNA sequencing on gene expression analysis of the basal (podoplanin high) and the suprabasal (podoplanin low) populations
为探究人类食管上皮的基因表达特征,我们基于Podoplanin与E-钙粘蛋白(E-cadherin)的表达水平,对食管活检组织中的基底层和上基底层细胞开展了荧光激活细胞分选(Fluorescence-Activated Cell Sorting,FACS)。随后,我们针对基底层(Podoplanin高表达)与上基底层(Podoplanin低表达)的细胞群体,通过批量RNA测序(bulk RNA sequencing)完成了基因表达分析。
