PCL compounds excluded due to toxicity in uninfected cells for the RV screen.

The toxicity of the PCL compounds in absence of infection was evaluated by PrestoBlue viability assay. Compounds are indicated by their PCL catalogue ID (PCL_ID) and names (compoundName). Compounds were classified as toxic, when their normalized value for all replicates was higher than the average +3σ of the DMSO negative control for the corresponding plate. Scores and score standard deviation (scoreSD) of toxic PCL compounds are listed. The PrestoBlue raw data are available at idr0081/3-Screen/Analysis/Toxicity.xls.

本研究采用PrestoBlue细胞活力检测法（PrestoBlue viability assay）评估了无感染条件下PCL类化合物的毒性。化合物以其PCL catalog编号（PCL_ID）及化合物名称（compoundName）进行标识。当某化合物所有重复实验的归一化值均高于对应检测板中二甲基亚砜（DMSO）阴性对照组的平均值加3倍标准差时，将其归类为有毒化合物。本文列出了有毒PCL化合物的评分及评分标准差（scoreSD）。PrestoBlue检测的原始数据可从idr0081/3-Screen/Analysis/Toxicity.xls获取。
