Circulating membrane aminophospholipids contribute to thrombotic risk in rheumatoid arthritis - dataset

Measurements of Thrombin-Antithrombin (TAT) complexes and D-dimers, as well as thrombin generation from extracellular vesicles (EVs), platelets, and white blood cells (WBCs), were performed in both groups for comparison. Additionally, the total and externalized aminophospholipid composition was analyzed in EVs, platelets, and WBCs from the cohort. This file contains the analyzed and quantified data for all the different species detected.
