该项目是沿用纤维板湿法生产工艺, 通过调整浆料浓度并使其保持稳定 在常温下通过呼吸式预压工艺使湿板坯含水率首次降低到35%左右, 以确保热压时无挤出水 对预压后湿板坯进行115一A剂的表面处理, 以确保热压时不粘板, 同时提高产品硬度及强度。然后在无垫网条件下, 使用光垫板实现直接将湿板坯压制出两面光纤维板, 通过限厚装置或压力控制进一步制得两面光中密度纤维板。其特点是产品由一面光、一面网痕变为两面光, 使板结构均衡对称, 在使用中避免翘曲变形。效益猛增, 单位(1立方米)产品利税由50~150元提到600~800元。消除了纤维板工业废水的一项重大污染源热压机挤出水, 同时使用无毒的制剂取代剧毒性的酚醛树脂胶, 消除了废水中的游离酚, 从而保护了环境。
This project adopts the wet-process production technology for fiberboard. By adjusting and maintaining stable slurry consistency, the moisture content of wet green blanks is first reduced to approximately 35% through a breathing-type pre-pressing process at room temperature, so as to avoid squeezed water generation during hot pressing. Surface treatment with 115-A agent is conducted on the pre-pressed wet green blanks, which prevents sticking during hot pressing while improving the hardness and strength of the final products. Subsequently, under the condition of no backing mesh, smooth press plates are used to directly press the wet green blanks into double-sided smooth fiberboards; further production of double-sided smooth medium-density fiberboards is achieved via thickness-limiting devices or pressure control. Unlike traditional products with one smooth side and one mesh-marked side, this technology produces boards with balanced and symmetrical structure, thus avoiding warping and deformation during use. Profit and tax benefits have surged: the profit and tax per cubic meter of product has increased from 50–150 yuan to 600–800 yuan. A major pollutant source in fiberboard industrial wastewater—squeezed water from hot presses—is eliminated. Meanwhile, non-toxic agents replace highly toxic phenolic resin adhesives, removing free phenol in wastewater and thereby protecting the environment.
