March 2021 update

This repository provides updated analysis based on the approach described in https://doi.org/10.1093/molbev/msab049 . These updates are based on genomic sequences as available in the GISAID database on March 18/03/2021. A total of 769.417 were considered, compared to the 175.346 included in the original analysesPlease read the readme.docx file for more information

本仓库基于https://doi.org/10.1093/molbev/msab049 一文所阐述的研究方法开展了更新分析。本次更新分析所用的基因组序列，取自2021年3月18日全球流感共享数据库（Global Initiative on Sharing All Influenza Data，GISAID）的公开收录数据。本次分析共纳入769417条序列，相较原始分析中纳入的175346条序列。如需获取更多详细信息，请参阅readme.docx文件。
