A/B testing for colon model

Two colon vessels were used for A/B testing (treated [D] / untreated [W]). Samples were taken prior to treatment (day 0) and after day 3 and day 7. All samples were taken in replicate.

本研究采用两套结肠培养容器开展A/B测试，分为处理组[D]与未处理组[W]。分别于处理前（第0天）、第3天及第7天采集样本，所有样本均进行重复采集。
