Mitochondrial redox signaling in acute diabetes and intermittent hypoxia: AOFA and UCP3 as regulators of adaptive responses

This dataset contains proteomic data obtained by mass spectrometry from 6 analyzed rat heart mitochondria samples under the following experimental conditions: Acute diabetes (D), Control (K), Intermittent hypoxia prior ischemia-reperfusion injury (HIR), and ischemia-reperfusion injury (IR).The data were used to generate figures presented in the manuscript: "Mitochondrial redox signaling in acute diabetes and intermittent hypoxia: AOFA and UCP3 as regulators of adaptive responses", currently under peer review.
