This covers RNAseq sequencing from three subprojects within the cichlid sequencing project. First we have 120 samples from two closely related Copadichromis species being studied for rapid adaptation between two locations (2 locations x 5 tissues x 6 replicates x 2 species). Next we will have 4 tissues from 144 samples of Astatotilapia calliptera from Lake Massoko for eQTL analysis. These are from a subset of the samples used for trait association QTL studies. Finally also from Lake Massoko A. calliptera we have 3 x 20 samples from the lower pharyngeal jaw, which is highly variable and believed also to be under selection between ecotypes.
本数据集涵盖慈鲷测序项目下三个子项目的RNA测序(RNAseq)数据。其一为来自两个近缘科氏丽鲷属(Copadichromis)物种的120份样本,用于探究两个采样地点间的快速适应性演化,实验设计为2个采样点×5种组织×6个生物学重复×2个物种。其二为采自马索科湖(Lake Massoko)的144份犬齿非鲫(Astatotilapia calliptera)样本的4种组织测序数据,用于表达数量性状位点(expression Quantitative Trait Locus, eQTL)分析,该批样本取自性状关联QTL研究的子集样本。其三同样取自马索科湖的犬齿非鲫群体,包含3组×20份下咽骨(lower pharyngeal jaw)样本——该骨骼结构性状变异度极高,且被认为在不同生态型间处于选择压力之下。
