葡萄膜炎诊疗数据库

葡萄膜炎是一种常见的眼内炎症，发病率为14/10万～28/10万，不同地域和国家葡萄膜炎类型存在很大的不同，Vogt-小柳-原田病和Behcet病是我国主要致盲的葡萄膜炎类型。我院葡萄膜炎就诊患者数量庞大，专业组年门诊量超过12000 次，葡萄膜炎诊疗数据库的建立势在必行。本数据库目前收集了葡萄膜炎门诊患者共计662例。主要包含有4个子数据库，白塞氏病数据库（101例）、Vogt- 小柳-原田病数据库（132例）、特发性葡萄膜炎数据库（282例）以及特殊类型葡萄膜炎数据库（147例），本数据库中包含部分患者长期随访的珍贵临床资料。数据库内容主要包括获取患者的性别、年龄、家族史、居住地分布、复发次数、发病时间、对激素的反应、并发症等等，以便进行流行病学方面的统计分析，同时记录患者既往发病次数以及对激素类药物的敏感性，帮助临床调整用 药。葡萄膜炎诊疗数据库的建立，为从事相关专业的医生提供诊疗经验和参照，同时也为相关科学研究提供重要依据。

Uveitis is a common intraocular inflammatory disease, with an incidence rate of 14 to 28 per 100,000 people. There are significant variations in uveitis subtypes across different regions and countries. Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada (VKH) disease and Behcet's disease are the leading blinding uveitis subtypes in China. Our hospital has a large number of uveitis patients, and the annual outpatient volume of the specialized uveitis team exceeds 12,000 visits; thus, the establishment of a uveitis diagnosis and treatment database is imperative. Currently, this database has collected a total of 662 outpatient uveitis patients, which includes four sub-databases: the Behcet's disease sub-database (101 cases), Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada disease sub-database (132 cases), idiopathic uveitis sub-database (282 cases), and special-type uveitis sub-database (147 cases). The database also contains valuable long-term follow-up clinical data for some patients. The database primarily collects information including patients' gender, age, family history, residential distribution, recurrence frequency, onset time, response to corticosteroids, complications, etc., to support epidemiological statistical analysis. It also records patients' previous number of onsets and sensitivity to corticosteroid medications to help clinicians adjust medication regimens. The establishment of this uveitis diagnosis and treatment database provides clinical experience and reference for medical professionals engaged in related fields, and also serves as an important basis for relevant scientific research.
