Additional file 30 Genes expressed in the clusters of the top sample Genes expressed in clusters 1–6 of the ‘top’ sample. Indicated per cluster are the mean of the UMI counts per gene, the Log2 of the fold change of the average number of reads for a given gene across cells in that cluster to that of cells not in the cluster, and the significance (p-value) of the Log2-fold change.
