Chemical composition of Creole goat milk

The datasets present the raw data of creole goat´s milk of northeast mexico. Goat milk variables includes pH, density, fat, protein, lactose, solids not fat, freezing point (chemical composition dataset), and fatty acids methyl esters (FAMES, sas fames 2023 dataset). The variables are depicted as raw data concerning lactation stage and altitude conditions.

本数据集收录墨西哥东北部地区克里奥尔山羊奶的原始检测数据。山羊奶的检测变量涵盖pH值、密度、脂肪、蛋白质、乳糖、非脂乳固体、冰点（归属于化学成分数据集），以及脂肪酸甲酯（Fatty Acid Methyl Esters，简称FAMES，对应sas fames 2023数据集）。所有变量均以原始数据形式呈现，涉及泌乳阶段与海拔条件两类影响因素。
