Chromatin profiling of the Harpegnathos saltator antennae

We have profiled the antennae of Harpegnathos saltator for H3K27ac, H3K27me3, and H3K4me3. We have isolated nuclei from the antennae of Harpegnathos saltator and performed CUT&RUN against H3K27ac, H3K27me3, H3K36me3 and H3K4me3.

我们针对猎镰猛蚁（Harpegnathos saltator）的触角，对组蛋白H3赖氨酸27乙酰化修饰（H3K27ac）、组蛋白H3赖氨酸27三甲基化修饰（H3K27me3）以及组蛋白H3赖氨酸4三甲基化修饰（H3K4me3）三种组蛋白修饰完成了表观图谱分析。我们从该物种的触角中分离得到细胞核，并针对H3K27ac、H3K27me3、组蛋白H3赖氨酸36三甲基化修饰（H3K36me3）及H3K4me3四种组蛋白修饰开展了切割与释放测序（CUT&RUN）实验。
