本研究采用来自淋巴结活检的滤泡性淋巴瘤(Follicular lymphoma, FL)患者样本,将其与健康供体来源的M2型巨噬细胞(M2 macrophages)共培养或单独培养,培养时长均为48小时。我们通过微阵列(microarrays)技术,旨在揭示滤泡性淋巴瘤与巨噬细胞之间互作的潜在分子机制。
实验整体设计:通过磁珠纯化分离得到CD20阳性的滤泡性淋巴瘤细胞,分别进行单培养以及与巨噬细胞共培养48小时,随后检测其全转录组RNA表达水平。
