本研究采用来自淋巴结活检的滤泡性淋巴瘤（Follicular lymphoma, FL）患者样本，将其与健康供体来源的M2型巨噬细胞（M2 macrophages）共培养或单独培养，培养时长均为48小时。我们通过微阵列（microarrays）技术，旨在揭示滤泡性淋巴瘤与巨噬细胞之间互作的潜在分子机制。
实验整体设计：通过磁珠纯化分离得到CD20阳性的滤泡性淋巴瘤细胞，分别进行单培养以及与巨噬细胞共培养48小时，随后检测其全转录组RNA表达水平。
