Gene expression profiles in SATB2-knockdown and control human glioblastoma stem cells

Effects of SATB2 knockdown on gene expression were evaluated by microarray analysis in human glioblastoma stem cells Human glioblastoma stem cells were transduced with lentiviral-mediated non-targeting shRNA or SATB2 shRNA. Total RNA was prepared and gene expression profiles were obtained by micriarray analysis.

本研究通过微阵列（microarray）分析，评估了SATB2基因敲低对人胶质母细胞瘤干细胞基因表达的影响。实验中，将人胶质母细胞瘤干细胞经慢病毒介导转导非靶向短发夹RNA（shRNA）或SATB2靶向shRNA，随后提取总RNA，通过微阵列分析获取基因表达谱。
