By collecting and analyzing consumption-related data of Yangzhou customers for stainless steel pipe and fitting products, and applying the RFM customer value model, this dataset aims to understand customers' purchasing power and consumption preferences for these products, conduct customer grading, and achieve precision operation. Through customer value management, it meets the personalized needs of customers with different values. This not only enables precise internal operation of enterprises but also links with the upstream industrial chain to reduce costs and increase efficiency, promotes high-quality development of the same industry, and builds a regional industrial collaborative ecosystem.
Internal operations: Communicate with Grade A customers 1-2 times per month, Grade B customers 1-2 times per quarter, and Grade C customers 1-2 times every six months.
External collaboration: Empower upstream enterprises to help them conduct accurate inventory preparation, optimize capacity allocation, and reduce inventory backlog and supply shortages; For peer enterprises: Provide data support for personalized services to different grade customers for local enterprises with highly overlapping customer groups, promoting the industry's shift from "broadcasting" marketing to "precision" services.
