14C_halflife

Results of an experiment on microbial mineralisation of carbon compounds, using low-molecular weight carbon substrates labelled with 14C. Values correspond to half-life of added 14C-sugars in the soil solution of samples collected across the INCREASE network. Mean annual temperature of each site indicated (Data in Box 4B from Andresen et al., 2018).

本实验围绕碳化合物的微生物矿化作用开展，采用经碳14（14C）标记的低分子量碳底物（low-molecular weight carbon substrates）作为实验材料。实验所得数值对应INCREASE研究网络采集的土壤溶液样本中，外源添加的14C标记糖类的半衰期。各采样点的年平均气温均已标注。本数据集取自Andresen等人2018年发表文献中的图框4B数据。
