The complete mitochondrial genome of Saldoida armata (Heteroptera: Saldidae) is 16,049 bp in length, which contains 13 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNA genes (tRNAs), 2 ribosomal genes (rRNAs) and a control region. Most of PCGs are initiated by ATN codons, All PCGs are terminated with TAA, TAG or single T. All tRNAs can be folded into common clover leaf secondary structure, except trn-S1. Phylogenetic analyses based 13 PCGs and 2 rRNA genes.
