We present here liver lipidomic data from eight-week old male C57BL/6N wild-type mice receving normal chow diet (NCD), high-fat diet (HFD) or a combination of high-fat diet treated with the S6K1 inhibitor LY2584702 tosylate (HFD+LY) during 10 weeks (4 animals/experimental condition). The analysis of lipids was performed by direct flow injection analysis (FIA) using either a triple quadrupole mass spectrometer (FIA-MS/MS; QQQ triple quadrupole) or a hybrid quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometer (FIA-FTMS; high mass resolution). FIA-MS/MS (QQQ) was performed in positive ion mode using the analytical setup and strategy described previously (Höring et al.,2021; Höring et al., 2020; Höring et al., 2019)

本数据集收录了八周龄雄性C57BL/6N野生型小鼠的肝脏脂质组学数据。实验期间,小鼠分别接受正常饲料饮食(normal chow diet, NCD)、高脂饮食(high-fat diet, HFD),或高脂饮食联合S6K1抑制剂LY2584702对甲苯磺酸盐(S6K1 inhibitor LY2584702 tosylate, HFD+LY)处理,造模周期为10周,每个实验条件设置4只实验动物。脂质分析采用直接流动注射分析法(direct flow injection analysis, FIA),分别使用三重四极杆质谱仪(triple quadrupole mass spectrometer,对应FIA-MS/MS;即QQQ三重四极杆质谱)或混合式四极杆-轨道阱质谱仪(hybrid quadrupole-Orbitrap mass spectrometer,对应FIA-FTMS;即高分辨质谱)完成检测。其中FIA-MS/MS(QQQ)采用正离子模式开展实验,分析方法与实验策略参照已发表文献(Höring等,2021;Höring等,2020;Höring等,2019)。
