The transcriptional changes in the Anopheles stephensi transcriptome after blood feeding with CSPwt or CSPmut plasmodium

We report the RNA-seq based analyses of the transcriptional changes in the Anopheles stephensi transcriptome at 7d after blood feeding with CSPwt or CSPmut plasmodium. Overall design: Comparison of the transcriptome of Anopheles stephensi females at two blood feeding conditions (with CSPwt or CSPmut plasmodium) and one time point.

本研究报道了基于RNA测序（RNA-seq）的转录组分析结果，对斯氏按蚊（Anopheles stephensi）雌蚊分别以携带CSPwt或CSPmut疟原虫的血液吸血后7天时的转录组转录变化进行了探究。整体实验设计：对比两种吸血条件（分别饲喂携带CSPwt或CSPmut疟原虫的血液）下单一时间点的斯氏按蚊雌蚊转录组。
