Mikrocensus 1972, 3. quarter: Employment History

As a first contribution to this field of questions a special survey on workplace and employment change was conducted in September 1970 (Mikrozensus MZ7003). It produced - for the first time in Austria - important results on the frequency of job change and on the stability of employments. In this study, another problem is of interest, namely the course of the career, on which there exists no statistic information. This time we don’t ask how often an employee has changed his job up to the time of the interview. The focus is now on all stages of his or her career.

作为该研究领域的首项开创性贡献，1970年9月开展了一项针对职场与就业变动的专项调查（Mikrozensus MZ7003）。该调查在奥地利首次获取了关于职业变动频率与就业稳定性的重要统计结果。本项研究中另有一项受关注的议题，即职业历程——此前尚无针对该主题的官方统计资料。本次调研不再询问受访者截至采访时的职业变动频次，而是将研究焦点转向其职业发展的全阶段历程。
