Transcriptome Analysis of Myrciaria dubia During Seeds Germination and Initial Growth of Seedlings

Contains the Transcriptome Shotgun Assembly Sequence Database of Myrciaria dubia during seeds germination and initial growth of seedlings. The database was obtained with six assembly softwares: IDBA-UD v1.1.3, MEGAHIT v1.2.9, rnaSPADES V3.9.0.1, SPAdes v3.13.0, Trinity v2.9.1 and Velvet v1.2.10. Also, in this dataset are included results obtained with BUSCO, TransDecoder, KAAS Annotation, and FunctionAnnotator Analysis.

本数据集包含卡姆樱桃（Myrciaria dubia）在种子萌发及幼苗初期生长阶段的转录组鸟枪法组装序列数据库。该转录组组装序列数据库借助6款组装软件构建完成，分别为IDBA-UD v1.1.3、MEGAHIT v1.2.9、rnaSPADES v3.9.0.1、SPAdes v3.13.0、Trinity v2.9.1及Velvet v1.2.10。此外，本数据集还收录了通过BUSCO、TransDecoder、KAAS注释（KAAS Annotation）以及FunctionAnnotator分析所获得的结果。
