The cell cycle of primed pluripotent mouse serum ESCs is characterised by a shortened G1-phase. Here we assessed the differences in cell cycle between serum ESCs and naive 2i ESCs. Mouse ESCs were cultured either in serum conditions and genomic DNA was extracted.
采用血清培养的始发态多能小鼠胚胎干细胞(Embryonic Stem Cells, ESCs)的细胞周期以缩短的G1期为特征。本研究评估了血清培养胚胎干细胞与幼稚态2i培养胚胎干细胞之间的细胞周期差异。实验中,小鼠胚胎干细胞于血清培养条件下进行培养,并提取其基因组DNA。
