Organoid mRNA Abundance with different treatment conditions

Small intestine organoids were formed from wild-type and MPC1 fl/fl mice harboring the Lger-EGFP transgene. Organoids were treated with growth factors, drugs to modulate metabolism, or induce recombination of the Mpc1 fl/fl allele and subjected to mRNA analysis. Each group of smaples for comparison was composed of 3 biological replicates (labeled 1-3).

本数据集所使用的小肠类器官（small intestine organoids），取自携带Lger-EGFP转基因（transgene）的野生型（wild-type）小鼠与MPC1 fl/fl小鼠。对类器官施加生长因子、代谢调控药物，或诱导Mpc1 fl/fl等位基因的重组后，对其开展mRNA（messenger RNA）分析。每组用于对照比较的样本均设置3次生物学重复（标记为1至3）。
