为评估各组分间的相互依存关系,本研究针对与间充质干细胞(Mesenchymal Stem Cells, MSCs)、内皮细胞(Endothelial Cells, ECs)及急性淋巴细胞白血病患者来源异种移植模型(Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia Patient-Derived Xenografts, ALL PDXs)共培养的体外三维体系开展单细胞RNA测序。实验整体设计:将体外构建的三维类血管结构(MSC-HUVEC)与急性淋巴细胞白血病患者来源异种移植细胞共培养72小时。
