In this study, we evaluated 16 common bean cultivars spanning 77 years of breeding history to investigate how genotype, soil N availability, and environmental conditions affect plant growth, N fixation, and the composition of root-associated bacterial communities. Field trials were conducted over two consecutive growing seasons under differing soil fertility conditions, particularly N availability.

本研究选取覆盖77年育种历史的16个普通菜豆栽培品种,以探究基因型、土壤氮素有效性及环境条件对植株生长、固氮作用以及根际细菌群落组成的影响。研究于连续两个生长季内,在不同土壤肥力条件(尤其是氮素有效性)下开展田间试验。
