Data and Codes from Emergence and radiation of distemper viruses in terrestrial and marine mammals

The zip-file includes 3 alignments of PDV and CDV sequences used for the phylogenetic analyses preformed in this study. In addition, bash-files (for data handling and initial analyses), R-code (to create supplementary figure 3) and xml-files (for the BEAST analyses) are provided. Further description can be found in the README_scripts.txt file which is also provided.
