RNAseq analysis of RNA extracted from blood of febrile controls and MISC patients Overall design: RNA was extracted from blood of 13 febrile controls and 12 MISC patients. Library construction was performed using the SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v3. Sequencing was performed on the NovaSeq 6000 (Illumina) using 2x50 bp sequencing.

针对发热对照者与MISC患者血液中提取的RNA开展的RNA测序（RNAseq）分析。整体实验设计：从13名发热对照者及12名MISC患者的血液中提取RNA；采用SMARTer Stranded Total RNA-Seq Kit v3试剂盒完成文库构建；使用Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台，以2×50 bp双端测序模式进行测序。
