Canopy structure and fluorescence yield during drought recovery across climate and soil nitrogen gradients: derived data and figure source data
收藏资源简介:
Derived data supporting Canopy structure and fluorescence yield during drought recovery across climate and soil nitrogen gradients. The archive contains the per-event decoupling index and its structural and functional components for the two drought thresholds, restricted to the first retained event of each 0.25-degree grid cell, together with the frozen result objects behind the figures, the main table and the four supplementary tables. Each event table carries fourteen columns: the grid-cell index, the decoupling index for the three-, six- and twelve-month recovery windows, the six-month structural and functional recovery deficits in baseline standard-deviation units, climatological leaf area, within-cell event rank, and the window usability and drought-free flags. The full catalogues hold 729,623 moderate-threshold and 281,783 severe-threshold events; 141,473 and 108,231 first events per cell; and 77,497 and 73,423 events with a usable, drought-free six-month window, which is the sample every six-month statistic is computed on. The eight public input products are not redistributed; they are listed with versions and access routes in the Data availability statement of the paper and in the companion code archive. SHA-256 checksums are included, and the data are released under CC BY 4.0.
