Global gene expression of CT26 cells sensible and resistant to oncolytic VSV D51 virus

Here, we isolated and characterized mouse colon adenocarcinoma cells (CT26.CCL25) that became resistant to an oncolytic vesicular stomatitis virus (VSV-D51). RNA-seq analysis demonstrated that resistance was associated to extensive changes in gene expression patterns, with hundreds of differentially expressed genes.

本研究分离并鉴定了一株对溶瘤水疱性口炎病毒（oncolytic vesicular stomatitis virus, VSV-D51）产生耐药性的小鼠结肠腺癌细胞（CT26.CCL25）。经RNA测序（RNA-seq）分析发现，该耐药性与基因表达谱的广泛改变显著相关，共涉及数百个差异表达基因。
