Single-nucleotide polymorphisms and TTV. Homo sapiens

In the present study we have analyzed the association between 14 genetic polymorphisms located in genes coding for molecules mainly involved in innate immunity and the kinetics of Torque teno virus (TTV) viremia after kidney transplantation.
