data_Axial myopia and VF progression

We collected the original data at Eye and Ear, Nose and Throat Hospital of Fudan University, Shanghai, China. eye: "1"=left, "2"=right; gender: "1"=male, "2"=female; SE = spherical equivalent; BCVA(logMAR) = logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution of best-corrected visual acuity; CCT = central corneal thickness; VCDR = vertical cup-to-disk ratio; MD = mean defect; IOP = intraocular pressure; AXL = axial length; GAXL = grouping by axial length;diagnosis: "1" = high tension glaucoma, "2" = normal tension glaucoma; GSE = grouping by spherical equivalent; FastPro(0.22) = fast/slow progression at the cutoff threshold 0.22; FastPro(0.30) = fast/slow progression at the cutoff threshold 0.30.

本数据集的原始数据采集自中国上海复旦大学附属眼耳鼻喉科医院。eye（眼别）："1"代表左眼，"2"代表右眼；gender（性别）："1"代表男性，"2"代表女性；SE（等效球镜度，spherical equivalent）：等效球镜度；BCVA(logMAR)（最佳矫正视力对数最小分辨角，logarithm of the minimum angle of resolution of best-corrected visual acuity）：最佳矫正视力的最小分辨角对数；CCT（中央角膜厚度，central corneal thickness）：中央角膜厚度；VCDR（垂直杯盘比，vertical cup-to-disk ratio）：垂直杯盘比；MD（平均缺损，mean defect）：平均缺损；IOP（眼压，intraocular pressure）：眼压；AXL（眼轴长度，axial length）：眼轴长度；GAXL（按眼轴长度分组，grouping by axial length）：按眼轴长度分组；diagnosis（诊断）："1"代表高眼压性青光眼，"2"代表正常眼压性青光眼；GSE（按等效球镜度分组，grouping by spherical equivalent）：按等效球镜度分组；FastPro(0.22)（阈值为0.22时的快速/缓慢进展组，fast/slow progression at the cutoff threshold 0.22）：阈值为0.22时的快速/缓慢进展组；FastPro(0.30)（阈值为0.30时的快速/缓慢进展组，fast/slow progression at the cutoff threshold 0.30）：阈值为0.30时的快速/缓慢进展组。
