Overlapping and stress-specifc transcriptome modifications under submergence and drought in soybean

We performed comparative RNA-Seq analysis to identify genes and biological processes that are differentially regulated under submergence, drought, and recovery from these stresses in leaves and roots of soybean in an overlapping or stress-specific manner.

本研究开展比较转录组测序（RNA-Seq）分析，以鉴定淹水、干旱胁迫及其胁迫后恢复处理条件下，大豆叶片与根系中以重叠调控或胁迫特异性模式发生差异调控的基因及生物学过程。
