Source data for "Independent Korean replication of adult body mass index tissue-profile portability"

Derived manuscript-level source data supporting the figures and cohort/method summary table for the Adult BMI v2.5 analysis. The study compared standardized MAGMA gene-property coefficients for adult body mass index GWAS across a European reference GWAS, BioBank Japan, and KoGES using the fixed GTEx v8 54-tissue panel. This dataset contains derived source-data tables only and excludes third-party raw GWAS summary statistics, participant-level data, GTEx source matrices, 1000 Genomes reference files, and internal QA files.
