植被覆盖度是遥感科学领域内具有重要生态指示意义的参数之一,对植被长势以及生物多样性具有显著关联性。10条铁路10 km缓冲区内2017年植被覆盖度数据集覆盖区域。该数据是以Landsat-8 Operational Land Imager (OLI)光学影像为基础数据,首先在Google Earth Engine云平台上计算归一化差异植被指数(Normalized difference vegetation index, NDVI),然后合成研究区内2017年年度最大NDVI,以此数据为本底,采用像元二分模型方法计算得到的。结果表明10条铁路沿线10 km缓冲区的植被覆盖度主要在0.4~0.6区间内,其面积占研究区总面积的42.55%;其次分布在0.6~0.8区间内,其面积占研究区总面积的37.06%;大于0.8的面积占比为9.48%;小于0.4的面积占比为10.91%。该数据集空间分辨率为30 m,地理坐标系为WGS84,存储格式为.tif,存储为1个数据文件,数据量为427 MB(压缩为1个文件,33MB)。该数据为研究工程建设对当地植被生态系统的影响提供了基础。
Fractional Vegetation Cover (FVC) is one of the parameters with important ecological indicative significance in the field of remote sensing science, and it has a significant correlation with vegetation growth and biodiversity. The 2017 Fractional Vegetation Cover dataset covers the 10 km buffer zones along 10 railways. This dataset is derived based on Landsat-8 Operational Land Imager (OLI) optical images. First, the Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) was calculated on the Google Earth Engine cloud platform. Then, the annual maximum NDVI of 2017 in the study area was synthesized. Using this as the base data, the dataset was obtained by applying the pixel dichotomy model method. The results show that the FVC in the 10 km buffer zones along the 10 railways is mainly in the range of 0.4~0.6, accounting for 42.55% of the total area of the study area; followed by the range of 0.6~0.8, accounting for 37.06% of the total area; the area with FVC greater than 0.8 accounts for 9.48%; and the area with FVC less than 0.4 accounts for 10.91%. The dataset has a spatial resolution of 30 m, uses the WGS84 geographic coordinate system, is stored in .tif format as one data file with a size of 427 MB (compressed into one file of 33 MB). This dataset provides a basis for studying the impact of engineering construction on local vegetation ecosystems.
