肺肺泡巨噬细胞(lung alveolar macrophages)是一类自我更新的组织驻留巨噬细胞,其主要以粒细胞-巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)信号作为核心生存依赖来源。本研究通过基因芯片(microarrays)技术,详细解析了磷酸酶Ssu72缺失条件下,肺泡巨噬细胞稳态与功能背后的全局基因表达调控程序。实验所用肺泡巨噬细胞均从Lysm-Cre小鼠与Lysm-CreSsu72fl/fl小鼠体内分选得到。
